① If you are 5 minutes late for the experience time, you may not be able to make it.
Please come to the store with time to spare.
② You can not take home your glasswork on the same day.
You can either pick up in the afternoon of the next business day or have it sent to you.

From JR Otaru Station
About 10 minutes on foot from JR Otaru Station.
Go from JR Otaru Station toward the canal and turn left at the canal plaza (Otaru Tourist Information Center). Then you will see our sign.
Access by car
- There is no contract parking.
- There is a time-based parking behind our shop. This is the nearest parking lot.
*The sightseeing bus has no parking space, so please get on and off in front of our shop. Please use the parking lot for the sightseeing bus.
